terms and conditions✧

- I only work with a half payment/full payment policy.- I kindly ask to be sure and make a proper decision first to avail me.- Cancellation or refund requests are strictly prohibited once the service has started. This will only be feasible if the service is unsuccessful.- The prices are negoiable but i am in my whole right to decline the offer if the price is unfair to me.- As payment method i accept both ko-fi and paypal, in the second case it will be the pilot who will make the payment request and a 5.3% extra charge will be added to the already agreed price.

- Únicamente trabajo con la mitad del pago/el pago completo antes de empezar el servicio.- Se le pide amablemente que se esté seguro antes de contactar el servicio.- Las cancelaciones o reembolsos están estrictamente prohibidos una vez ha iniciado el servicio. Esto únicamente será viable si el servicio no llegase a ser exitoso.- Los precios son negociables pero estoy en mi derecho a negarme a cualquier oferta si el precio es injusto para mi.- Como métodos de pago acepto tanto ko-fi como paypal, en el segundo caso será el piloto quien haga el requisito del pago y se le agregará un 5.3% extra de comisión al precio previamente acordado.

- For safety measures, anyone who commissions me has to change their password before and after the pilot service.- Please be kind to the pilot! rude behavior will only lead to the complete cancellation of the service with no refund.- The pilot will use Co-op if nessessary (for example collecting materials, fishing, etc.)- The traveler must know that our conversation will be posted for proofs but i will not disclose any personal information. Only the important part for proofs!- I suggest the traveler to not reserve a slot if they're not going to avail it.- I kindly remind the traveler to unlink the device the pilots uses after the service has ended through Hoyolab.

- Por cuestiones de seguridad se le recomienda a quien me comisione que cambie su contraseña antes y después del servicio de piloto.- Por favor sé amable con el piloto! comportamientos groseros únicamente conducirá a la cancelación del servicio sin ningún tipo de reembolso.- El piloto usará el Co-op en caso de que sea necesario (como para recoger materiales, pescar, etc.)- El cliente debe de saber que nuestra conversación sera publicada para servir como pruebas pero no revelar ningún tipo de información personal. Únicamente las partes importantes!- Le sugiero al cliente que no reserve un espacio si no va a contratarlo.- Se le recuerda amablemente al cliente que desvincule el dispositivo usado por el piloto a traves de Hoyolab una vez el servicio haya acabo.

(Three stars are 0.50, so if the pilot can't achieve it'll just be 0.50 less, just know that pilots loves challanges so don't be shy asking, it'll be entertaining trying this out)
